Orders are reviewed manually before payment and dispatch. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after required batch testing is approved, payment has cleared and the parcel has been dispatched. Orders over $300 qualify for free express shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, carrier handling, customs, severe weather and other events outside our reasonable control.
How does payment work?+
Payment is by bank transfer. Use your full name as the payment reference. The bank details are shown in the checkout order summary, repeated on the order confirmation page and included in the confirmation email, so you can pay immediately without waiting for separate instructions. Every order is reviewed before dispatch, and dispatch occurs only after payment has cleared.
