Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Returns and refunds are handled carefully because the catalogue is research-use only and product integrity must be protected.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and return requests are handled for research-use-only products.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders. Because these products are supplied for laboratory and research purposes only, and because product integrity matters, eligibility is limited once an item has been packed, dispatched, opened, exposed to uncontrolled conditions, or otherwise cannot be safely restocked.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible unopened, unused, untampered items where return authorisation is requested within 30 days of delivery and the product can be safely and lawfully restocked.

The guarantee does not apply to products that have been opened, used, damaged, stored incorrectly, returned without authorisation, affected by customs/import issues, or otherwise fail product-integrity checks.

3. Before payment or dispatch

If you have submitted an order but have not yet paid, contact us as soon as possible if you want the order cancelled.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled by you or by us before payment is completed.

4. After payment but before dispatch

If payment has been made but the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel and refund the order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order has already moved into packing, dispatch, carrier handover, or compliance review, we may be unable to stop it.

5. After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless we approve the return in writing.

We may refuse returns where product integrity, chain of custody, packaging condition, storage conditions, tamper evidence, or legal destination requirements cannot be verified.

  • Do not return any item without written return authorisation.
  • Returned items must remain sealed, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging unless we confirm otherwise.
  • Shipping and handling costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

6. Incorrect, damaged, or missing items

If you believe an item is incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially different from your order confirmation, contact us promptly with your order reference, photos, packaging details, and a description of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Customs, import refusal, seizure, or destination restrictions

You are responsible for confirming that products can lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed, and received in your destination jurisdiction.

Refunds are not guaranteed where an order is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, returned, taxed, or otherwise affected by customs, border authorities, carriers, local regulations, or destination restrictions.

8. Payment-provider and bank fees

Refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment-provider fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, chargeback fees, return shipping fees, or other direct costs where permitted by applicable law.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.

9. How to request a refund or cancellation

Contact peptidesinaustralia@gmail.com with your order reference, full name, email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue.

We may request photos, packaging information, tracking information, identity confirmation, or additional details before assessing a request.

10. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer or statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where a law gives you rights that cannot be limited by this policy, those rights continue to apply.

These website policies are operating drafts for a research-use catalogue and should be reviewed against the laws of each destination market before launch.
