A supplier-issued or overseas Certificate of Analysis is not enough on its own. Such documents can be difficult to authenticate and may not reliably establish the identity or purity of the batch received. Pepper Research instead arranges independent third-party testing in Australia through Ozcanium Analytics before a batch is released for dispatch.

Incoming product is identified by batch and held while the relevant testing is arranged.

The independent Australian third-party laboratory tests the batch rather than us relying solely on supplier-issued paperwork.

Release for dispatch
The batch is not released for customer dispatch until the required Australian testing has been completed and reviewed.

Verification tied to the batch we dispatch
Independent local testing by Ozcanium Analytics provides a separate check on supplier documentation and lets us review results against the batch held for customer orders. Testing records are kept with the relevant batch documentation and can be matched to the labelled batch where supporting records are available.
