Shipping Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

This policy explains how shipping is handled after manual order review and payment, including customer responsibility for lawful destination, customs, duties, and address accuracy.

1. Order review before dispatch

Bank-transfer details are displayed during checkout, but all orders are reviewed manually before dispatch occurs.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted, paid, packed, or shipped. We may refuse or cancel orders where fulfilment is not appropriate, lawful, safe, or practical.

2. Dispatch timing

Orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia. Dispatch begins only after any required batch test results have been reviewed and approved, payment has been received and cleared, and the order has passed all required reviews.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may vary due to carrier delays, regional or remote destinations, stock checks, order volume, customs or destination restrictions, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping methods and tracking

Available shipping methods, rates, and free-shipping thresholds are shown during checkout where applicable.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not appear immediately.

4. Destination legality and import responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that each product can lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed, received, stored, transferred, and used for legitimate research purposes in the destination jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee that a product is lawful to ship to, import into, or receive in any particular country, region, state, province, city, institution, facility, or address.

  • You are responsible for any permits, licences, approvals, declarations, customs forms, or institutional requirements.
  • You are responsible for destination taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, carrier fees, and similar charges.
  • We may refuse to ship to a destination or address where we identify unacceptable compliance, delivery, or safety risk.

5. Customs and border delays

Orders may be delayed, inspected, held, refused, returned, seized, destroyed, or assessed for fees by customs, carriers, border agencies, or other authorities.

These events are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by destination rules, incorrect declarations supplied by the customer, missing customer permits, customs decisions, carrier decisions, or regulatory action.

6. Address accuracy

You must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Include any unit, suite, building, institution, department, mail room, or reference details required for delivery.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return fees, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer.

7. Lost, damaged, or returned parcels

If a parcel appears lost, damaged, or returned, contact us with your order reference and tracking information. We may need to wait for carrier investigation results before deciding the next step.

Any replacement, refund, or credit will depend on the carrier outcome, product type, order history, destination circumstances, and applicable law.

8. Contact

Shipping questions can be sent to peptidesinaustralia@gmail.com. Include your order reference and tracking number if available.

These website policies are operating drafts for a research-use catalogue and should be reviewed against the laws of each destination market before launch.
