Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about research-use products, Queensland dispatch, manual order review, payment, COAs, kits and bundles, and storage.
Shipping & delivery
Where are orders shipped from?+
All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia. Every order is reviewed before dispatch, and we only ship an order after payment has cleared and any required batch test results have been reviewed and approved.
How long does delivery take?+
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after any required batch test results have been approved, the order has passed review, payment has cleared and the parcel has been dispatched. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, regional or remote destinations, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address details, customs requirements and other events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.
Will tracking be provided?+
Where the selected carrier supports tracking, tracking details are provided after dispatch. Tracking may not update immediately after carrier handover.
Can customs or carriers delay an order?+
Yes. Customs, carriers, border agencies and local rules may delay, return, refuse, inspect or assess fees on a parcel. Customers are responsible for destination compliance and any local charges.
Ordering & bundles
How does payment work?+
Payment is by bank transfer. Submit your order, then transfer the exact total using your full name as the payment reference. The bank account details are displayed in three places: in the order summary on the checkout page, on the order confirmation page after submission, and in the confirmation email. This means you can pay immediately without waiting for separate payment instructions. Payment does not guarantee fulfilment: every order is reviewed before dispatch, and a paid order that cannot be accepted will be refunded in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Who operates Pepper Research?+
Pepper Research is the customer-facing brand of DTMS Trading Pty Ltd, ABN 11 700 542 463. DTMS Trading Pty Ltd owns and operates this website.
Do you offer kits and bundles?+
Yes. Selected research-use catalogue items are grouped into kits and bundles for ordering convenience. Bundles are not protocols, stacks, treatment plans or personal-use combinations.
What if an item is out of stock?+
If a product is unavailable, use the Ask About Restock link to open a pre-addressed stock-enquiry email. This is not currently an automated restock-alert subscription, so an enquiry does not reserve stock or guarantee a restock date. Availability depends on supply, independent batch testing, documentation review and final release approval.
Can an order be refused?+
Yes. Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance or fulfilment. To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse, cancel, limit or delay an order before dispatch where there are concerns about legal or regulatory compliance, prohibited or unsafe use, customer or address verification, fraud or chargeback risk, payment, stock availability, batch testing or product quality, delivery feasibility, destination restrictions, unusually large quantities, resale, abusive conduct, pricing or system errors, or risks to customers, carriers or the business. We may request additional information before deciding whether an order can proceed. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product quality & COAs
Are products supported by Certificates of Analysis?+
Yes. Product batches are independently tested in Australia by Ozcanium Analytics. COAs and matching batch documentation are used to support catalogue quality claims where available. Do not rely on a purity claim unless it is supported by documentation for the relevant batch.
Visit Ozcanium AnalyticsWhat does 99%+ purity mean?+
A 99%+ purity statement should only be used where the specific batch is supported by matching batch documentation. It is not a use claim and does not change the research-only status of the product.
Where can I view batch documentation?+
Read our Australian Testing page for our verification process. Verified batch-specific documentation is supplied where available; contact us with the product and labelled batch details if you need supporting records.
Are products securely packed?+
Orders are packed with the aim of protecting labelled research materials during carrier handling. Product integrity also depends on destination, carrier conditions and prompt receipt.
Storage & handling
What does lyophilised mean?+
Lyophilised means freeze-dried. Many research peptide catalogue items are supplied in this form for laboratory storage and handling records.
How should products be stored?+
Refer to the product page and batch documentation where available. In general, sealed research materials should be protected from heat, direct light, moisture and repeated temperature changes.
Do you provide preparation or administration guidance?+
No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, preparation, protocol, administration, human-use, veterinary-use or legal advice.
